Q: I have an issue with my order. What if I'm missing transfers? What if my transfer is defective?

A: We are so very sorry for any inconvenience. Please reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your package at contact@plktransfers.com and we will assist you as soon as possible.

Q: What is Route insurance, and why do I need it in my cart?

A: Route gives you peace of mind when ordering. Route offers protection when your package is lost, damaged, or stolen. Unfortunately, we cannot control what happens with your packages once they leave our hands, so we 100% recommend purchasing Route to make sure you're covered!  By choosing to opt out of Route insurance, you are agreeing that we are not responsible for your package if it's lost, stolen, or damaged, and will not be responsible for any replacements.

In short, always choose Route ;)

Q: I already placed my order, but need to add more. What should I do? 

A: We do not offer add-on's, or combine shipping. You will need to place a 2nd order.

Q: Do you offer custom transfers?

A: We now offer one color custom screen prints!

Q: What are your pressing instructions?

Q: What do you recommend for washing instructions?

A: Great question! We recommend turning the garment inside out, washing on cold water setting. No bleach or fabric softener. Tumble dry on low heat.

Q: What is your current TAT?

We mostly offer ready to ship products only (unless stated otherwise) So, TAT is typically 1-3 business days. If we are having a sale or pre-order, we may announce that the TAT will be extended.

When does Transfer Tuesday happen?

Every Tuesday from 6pm - 8pm EST.

Q: Do you offer local pick-up?

A: No, we do not offer local pick-up at this time.

We are always happy to help in every way possible, however, we cannot be held responsible for user error. We always test our products before sending out to our wonderful customers. Please note that it's very important to find what works best for your heat press, as each one is different. Use our recommended settings as a guide, however, you may have to adjust to find what is most suitable for your specific heat press.
