• Single Color (Low Heat) Press at 325F for 7-10 seconds
• Full Color (High Heat) Press at 350-375 for 7-10 seconds
• Matte Clear Film Screen Prints: Pre-press to remove any moisture for for 5 seconds, Press at 325-35 for 10-20 seconds with HEAVY pressure, Rub print firmly with some type of cloth prior to peeling, Hot peel
• You do not need to cover the screen print with a teflon sheet, etc.
• You MUST use HEAVY pressure. 
• This is NOT a digital design
• Youth Prints are around 8-9 inches on longest side.
